Vientiane – Luang Phrabang - Hanoi – Sapa – Ha Long – Saigon – Mekong – Angkor Wat
Day 1: Arrival – Vientiane-City Tours-Luang Prabang (None)
Upon arrival in Vientiane Capital, meet your guide, then start visiting the major sights of the capital; including the oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. After these sites, take a short evening flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival meet yoru guide transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 2: Luang Prabang-Pak Ou Cave-Kuang Sii Fall (B)
Early morning, participate Arm-Giving, where monks and local layment offering ride, cnaides, or money to monks walking alig the street. then visit French Morning market. After breakfast, visit the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple. We then board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the distillation of local rice wine. On return drive out of town to the bestifull Kaung Sii Fal about 30KM from town. Upon arirvel soft treking, swiming or relxing around the fall. Late evening return to the town. Overnight in Luang Prabang
Day 3: Luang Prabang-Depart - Hanoi(B)
After breakfast, ejnoy cisity tout visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River, then transfer you to the airport for flight directly to Hanoi as: VN 866 at1645 1745. Pick up at Hanoi airport, transfer directly to Hanoi Station for night train to Sapa. Overnight on train to Sapa.
Day 4: Lao Cai – Sa Pa - Cat Cat & Tafin villages (B)
Arrive at Lao Cai Train station at about 6.30, welcome by our local guide and take a ride to Sapa. Have breakfast and relax before exploring Sapa Town. In the afternoon, take a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village, home of H’mong Ethnics. Meet & talk with locals to learn more about their daily life. Then continue the ride to Tafin village (12km from Sapa) home to the Red Dzao minority. Visit Tafin Cave, Tafin handicraft shops and explore the daily life of Red Dzao. Here you have good choice to buy woven and textile brocades, which are hand made by ethnic people. Visit a small hamlet of Black H'mong people here too. Overnight at your hotel in Sapa.
Day 5: Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van villages (B, D)
Breakfast at hotel and check out at around 9:00-10:00am. You’ll use a private car to visit Lao Chai village of Black H’mong people. Then trek a little to visit Ta Van village of Dzay ethnic people. Drive back to Sa Pa for lunch at your own arrangement. A short shopping in town before moving to Lao Cai station. Dinner at Lao Cai. Have a train trip back to Hanoi. Overnight on an AC 4 berth soft sleeper train to Hanoi
Day 6: Hanoi – Ha Long ( B/L/D)
Arrive early morning (around 05:30-06:00) in Hanoi). Be transferred to a mini hotel for short relax and washing. Pick up again at 08:30 am to transfer to Ha Long Bay. upon arrival (12.00am), get on boat and start your cruise. While the junk is passing many islets, rocks, caves, floating villages and beaches on Ha Long bay, your lunch will be served on board with fresh sea food. You’ll then visit Thien Cung & Dau Go caves - the most beautiful among the thousands of the Bay. 1630pm: Disembarking and leaving for Hanoi. Tour ends at your hotel at around 19.00. Check in at hotel and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7: Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
You will take morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. After lunch, visit to Thien Hau pagoda, and Ben Thanh Market. Free time then and Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho (L)
Our guide and car will lead you to Mekong region. After arrival in Cai Be, take a boat to the floating market. Have lunch at an Ancient garden house, then proceed to Vinh Long, passing a small and beautiful canal with peaceful tranquil villages, the unique natural setting of Mekong Delta region. Stop at An Binh islet to visit some of the famous fruit orchards. See how local people make ceramics, popcorn and rice paper... A nice chance for bicycle riding through the village and its handicraft shops. Another stop at Vinh Long market before arriving to Can Tho. Over night in Can Tho.
Day 9: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Cruising along the small and picturesque tributaries by a rowing boat, we will see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). See the beautiful scenery and daily activities of the locals. Walk around a village, visit a rice husking mill. Disembark at Ninh Kieu quay, visit an ancient house (in Binh Thuy, 10 km from Cantho) and Cantho museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant on the way back to Sai Gon via My Tho. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 10: Siem Reap arrival (B/D)
Breakfast at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city, be driven to airport for flight to Siem Reap, our car and guide will pick you up at the airport, transfer to hotel for check in. You will have time for soft relax before transferring to Bakheng Hill. Climb up to the top of Bakheng Hill and visit Ba Khenh Temple: the first temple in the Angkor region built by the Yacovarman I King in the first of 9th century. Enjoy the marvelous sunset and view the whole Siem Reap city from top of the hill. Back to Siem Reap for dinner with dance Apsaras show at local restaurant & overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 11: Siem Reap - Angkor Temples (B/L)
After breakfast at hotel, Drive out of city to Angkor Temles to discover the impressive Angkor Thom: South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King and Phimean Akas Temple. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to visit famous temple of Angkor Wat: Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Angkor Wat was a temple dedicated to the Hindu God - Vishnu. It was constructed over a period of 30 years by King Suryavarman II, who reigned between 1131 and 1151. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 12: Siem Reap - Departure (B)
After breakfast, drive to Angkor Temples to visit other Angkor Ruins: Thomonon, Chao Say Tevoda, Takeo, Ta Prom, Bunteay Kdey and Sras Srang. Continue to visit until time transfer to the airport for flight off. End the tour.
