Hanoi - Ha Long - Hue - Da Nang - Sai Gon
14 Days - 13 Nights

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Meeting with our representative and transfer to your hotel in city centre. Rest of day is at leisure. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (D)

Day 2: Hanoi city tour 30km:
After breakfast at hotel. Hanoi city tour by bike: the main boulevards of Hanoi, Temple of Literature, DongXuan market, the Old Quarter and HoanKiem Lake. Visit to HoChiMinh Mausoleum and the One pillar pagoda. Continue biking around West lake to the Ethnology museum. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi. (B, L, D)

Day 3 Hanoi & Pagoda a round - KimBoi - HoaBinh ( 60km):
Full day visit by bicycle to the ancient Thay and TayPhuong pagoda (built in 8th century) in the northern countryside. Cycling about 30 km of the route. Continue to XuanMai town. Biking on Hochiminh road to KimBoi. Transfer to V Resort in HoaBinh for relax. V -Resort – Natural Farmland and Hot Spring is located in an unspoiled valley in Kim Boi, Hoa Binh. (B, L, D)

Day 4: KimBoi – Hanoi Capital ( 40 km)- Hai phong city:
Relax at resort. Free time to discover Fruit and Vegetable Farmland spreading over thousands of hectares in the heart of Hoa Binh breathtaking Green Mountains and Hot Spring PM : After lunch. Biking down hill to ChiNe town and transfer by bus to Hai phong . Arrive Hai phong city. Diner is your choice. Overnight at hotel. (B, L)

Day 5: Hai Phong - Catba island. 
At  8:00 Pick up from your hotel  transfer to  boat station . Take hour hydrofoil  boat  trip to Catba island check in Hotel,  Lunch. PM take 5 hours boat trip visit Halong Bay drop in three peach island Viet Hai fishing village . 17:30 back to  Catba island. 1 Diner at the restaurant and overnight at Catba resort . (B, L, D)

Day 6: Cat Ba- Halong- Hanoi -  Night train to Hue.
Boat trip crossing Halong Bay to Halong city Enjoy the extraordinary landscapes of Halong Bay with nearly 3000 small islands and fantastic types of limestone seafood lunch on boat. Halong city arrived around 1:00 PM depart to Hanoi city  with 3hours , Free time, dinner . Transfer you and bikes to Hanoi railway station for departure to Hue. Overnight on train. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Visit Hue by Bike.
Arrival in Hue in the morning. Meeting and transfer to your hotel in city centre. Bike to Thien Mu Pagoda along the Perfume river. Hue sightseeing by bike includes the Imperial Citadel, Bike ride to visit the Mausoleums of TuDuc and KhaiDinh (cycling 30km). Free time DongBa market and TruongTien bridge. Overnight in Hue. (B, L, D)

Day 8: Hue - Hoian. 
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning bicycle ride to HoiAn ancient town (130 km) via HaiVan pass(500m high). This ride has some sharp and short hills. Cycling about 80km of the route on the way to Lang co beach. Overnight in Hoi An resort . (B, L, D).

Day 9  Visit Hoian Town and Beach by bikes 20km.
Walking tour of the old streets of HoiAn where the mix of Japanese and Chinese architecture reflects its past history as an important trading port. Afternoon cycling to CuaDai beach (5km). Overnight in HoiAn resort . (B, L, D)>

Day10  Hoian - Danang - Hochiminh Flight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to HoChiMinh city. Arrival in HoChiMinh city and check-in at hotel. City tour by bus to main boulevards of Old Saigon, Notre Dame Cathedral, the splendid Post Office, the bustling BenThanh market, ChoLon China town and ThienHau pagoda. Diner on boat cruise. Overnight at hotel. (B, L, D)

Day11  Hochiminh city - VinhLong 40 km home stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to VinhLong, Crossing the ferry. Ride from Tra On to An Binh islands along the tree lined roads. Visit fruist garden and old house. Diner with the family. Overnight at home stay in AnBinh island. (B, L, D)

Day12  VinhLong - Tra Vinh – Hochiminh city 60 km.
After the breakfast. Ride back to Tieu Can to visit old Khmer temple and lotus pond. Then return to Hochiminh city by minibus. Free time to relax in Hochiminh city. Overnight at hotel. (B, L, D)

Day13  Saigon - Cuchi.
Breakfast at hotel. 8h00 starting to visit by bike to the famous CuChi tunnels about 70km from Saigon. We cycle about 30km of the route. Return to Saigon by minibus. Overnight in HoChiMinh city. (B, L, D)

Day14  Saigon Departure.
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leasure till transfer to the airport for departure. (B)
End Tour.

Average Daily Distance: 70km/day

Notices:
- This tour follows a mix of asphalt roads,  so some off-road riding skills are an advantage. You should be confident of your physical condition and bike handling skills.
Support
- One or two 16-seat air-conditioned transit vans converted to take bikes and bikers.

Group Size: Minimum 4. Maximum 12.

Staff:  Groups of 6 or more a  Vietnamese cycling guide and drivers and assistants. Groups of 4-5, an experienced English speaking Vietnamese cycling leader plus guide and support team.
 
Accommodation: Nights in comfortable tourist class hotels. All accommodation has a/c or fan, hot water and private facilities.

Meals: Meals are included as 14 breakfast, 2 lunch, 1 dinner. Break every 15- 20 km ( 10 miles)  for tea break with water, coffee ,tea, juice, bread, tuna ,banana, apple... including

This itinerary allows for 15 field days on the cycling section. You will be able to decide for yourself at any time during each of these days how far you want to cycle. Average daily cycling distances are approximately 60 -100 km. These distances may vary according to weather, road conditions and group fitness and preferences. This is a sightseeing cycle tour, not a marathon or time trial.
