ACCOMMODATION'S FEATURES:
Beachfront Suites   
In a 3-storey building, stand facing directly to the sea and next of to the main swimming pool and the beach. 8 Suites on the ground floor are 86 sq.m. each with direct access to the pool from the terrace while 16 Suites on the first and second floor are 72 sq.m. All have “bath-with-a-view” feature, sun loungers and a dining/writing table on the open air terrace and full fronted sea view. Another bath tub plus a separate shower room is available in the bathroom area.(72 - 86 sq.m.)
Cottage Suites  
Stand among the coconut trees and tropical garden on the hillside looking out over the sea. Nearly all are semi-detached and are built a split-level design. Each Cottage is varied in shape, size that ranges between 68 – 78 sq.m., and location that gives different angles of sea view, some of which can be partial. 12 Cottages are located on the seafront and offer full-fronted sea view. All offer a bath tub on the private terrace. (68 - 78 sq.m.)
Special Cottage Suites  
McGuigan Cottage: This cottage is named after our “Papa and Mama”,Gordon and Doris McGuigan who have visited us every consecutive year since 1990 and stayed approximately 4 months each time! This cottage has a large terrace and is very close to the beach and pool area. (120 sq.m.)
Hideaway Cottage As its name suggest, this cottage is built in isolation, offering limitless sea view but with some distance away from the beach. It is for those who are willing to trade a long and several step walk for greater privacy and glorious view. (120 sq.m.)
Viewpoint Family Cottage
The biggest of all cottages at 160 sq.m. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath tubs on an L-shaped terrace, accommodating up to 5 persons, adults or children. If space is considered luxurious, then this cottage is the most luxurious of all. (160 sq.m.)
Tongsai Grand Villa  
Stand on the hillside opposite to where the Cottage Suites stand. They explain how Great Outdoor Living works with large terrace area of 81 sq.m., introducing a Gazebo where guests can sleep on in open-air (mosquito net provided) as well as a bath tub, a pantry-bar area, a dining table and sun loungers; all inviting you to enjoy life in the open. Tongsai Pool Villa  
Tongsai Pool Villa are in the same area as the Tongsai Grand Villa but offer partial sea view between palm fringed garden. Apart from the standard facilities featured in the Tongsai Grand Villa, they contribute even more to the Great Outdoor Living idea with a 3 x 5 meters private plunge pool on the extended area of the terrace. (185 sq.m.)
Special Villa  
Akorn Villa: A 2-bedroom villa with 140 sq.m. belonging to the extensive open-air terrace, boasting unobstructed sea view. Akorn Villa is the larges of all guest rooms, accommodating up to 4 persons. (264 sq.m.)
Nang-Gong Villa: Perched high on the edge of all small hill, Nang-Gong Villa offers almost 360 degrees of breathtaking sea view. In additional, there is a private garden in the back, a “loo with a view”, a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a private plunge pool on the edge of the open-air terrace, in order to raise a few degrees of pleasure and romance. Arguably the best location of all guest rooms with arguably the best view in Tongsai, challenged only by Hideaway Cottage. Standard Amenities Every guest room provides IDD cordless telephone, a fully-stocked mini bar, an individually controlled air-conditioned unit, tea/coffee making facilities, a private safe, a hair dryer, satellite TV and DVD/VCD/CD player where movie/music are available free of charge from our library for your private viewing.
