Deluxe Suite Room:
Each Deluxe Suite Room consists of two sections: living room and bedroom, with which they are installed rugs as well.
Bedroom (Single room 1.80m x 2.10m) is equipped with two air conditioners, two TV sets, phone, and refrigerator, wide bathroom with cold and hot water, bathtub, dresser / wardrobe, luggage room, writing desk, and make-up table.
Living room consists of a sofa, desk, dinning table; overlooking sea view, visible sunset, and fresh air from these room windows.

New Beach Restaurant have Large and pleasant location is on the beach, near the business district of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port. With the Fresh air, maritime view, and the evening sunset. We offer three sections for such meal arrangement as for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are two VIP rooms with air conditioners, each of which can affordably accommodate 20 people and 60 people. Large room can affordably accommodate at least 200 people.The best section with open air on the beach can affordably accommodate at least 800 people.
Conference:
The small hall of dimensions 13.20m x 6.20m (circle shape)-it can affordably accommodate 25 to 35 people, and there have ever been many organizations as well as companies renting in order to manage the meeting and workshop/ seminar. Particularly, this hall is not only installed with two air conditioners, but also such convenient facilities as Microphone, speaker, white board, pencils, paper, Internet, LCD and Screen.
Big conference room costs US$150.00 to US$200.00 per day. It can affordably accommodate 50 to 120 people, and has ever been rented by majority of companies and other organization with purposes to manage the conference and seminar. Such a hall is not only equipped with two air conditioners, but also such convenient facilities as Microphone, speaker, white board, pencils, paper, internet, LCD and Screen.
