There’s a modest complement of just 60 rooms, including dozen suites. Upgrade to an Asia Suite for a Jacuzzi, though they’re all well proportioned and fittet out. The international-flavoured breakfast buffet is laid out in the Panorama Club, while the sizeable la Caramel lays on Vietnamese as well as some European specialities. But they are both trumped by the Poolside Bar, with views over the city, up to Ngu Binh mountain out to da Vien island and, of course, across the Perfum River.
