Nestled in a private compound of suburban parkland, the Ana Mandara Villas Dalat is a perfect retreat in the cool hills of Dalat. This unique property consists of seventeen French colonial villas which were recently restored to create luxury rooms with modern amentities.  However, they still retain their original elegance of the 1920's era.
The villas contain between three and five bedrooms featuring dark wood interiors brightened by expansive windows and top quality white linens.  The villas feature large terraces with sweeping views of the hills and valleys of the area and a common lounge area with indoor fireplace for the cool Dalat evenings.  A personal butler attends guests with a private kitchen and dining room in each villa.  
The Ana Mandara offers several options for dining for guests, and was named in the 2008 Tatler Travel Guide as 'Best for Foodies'. Special private or group dinners can be arranged such as in-villa dining or outdoor bar-b-ques.  The hotels restaurants offer a mix of Vietnamese, fusion, and international cuisine.  One of these restaurants, Nine, aims to serve the best in fine dining, but in a casual atmosphere and, thus, bills itself as 'fine dining with the top button undone'.  The Ana Mandara's walk-in wine cellar has options for every palette, including locally grown Dalat wine.  
After touring the area's cool hills and fresh air, guests are invited to unwind at the hotel's spa.  Here, the top-trained spa therapists use only fresh, natural ingredients as they help you relax through a variety of sensory journeys.  Indoor treatment rooms and outdoor hot-tubs are amongst the spa's facilities.

With the  total of 57 keys spread between fifteen individual, original French colonial villas. Rooms are independently furnished and are true to their original design and décor.
Each villa comprises between three and five en-suited rooms, and includes the following shared areas for residential guests: Lounge area and open fireplace, Dining room, Bar & modest wine cellar, Library, Outdoor terrace and sitting area, Kitchen and pantry. Breakfast: A traditional continental breakfast is served daily in the comfort of your shared villa dining room; alternatively an a-la-carte menu, showcasing a modern interpretation of a European breakfast, will be served in signature restaurant for a small surcharge. Breakfast in bed is another option well worth investigating!
The traditional Mini Bar has been turned on its head at Evason Ana Mandara Villas Dalat. Each villa kitchen and lounge area is fully equipped with a large selection of food and beverages. The house selection of locally grown coffee and tea, through to individual wine cellars and the spirit range is a gourmand's dream.

In Villa Dining: is by prior arrangement - either as a formal set dinner, or a more relaxed open barbeque are both unique features of our service. As each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, your host can easily arrange romantic candlelit dinners in the villa dining room or on your own private balcony.
Restaurant Villa at 9 Le Lai Street: Nine is the signature restaurant. Best described as 'fine dining with the top button undone' the restaurant serves modern European inspired cuisine, a stellar wine list and professional service within a heritage setting. There are daily specials and also a Degustation menu is frequently offered. A private dining room for up to 10 guests is also available.
Wine Bar at nine: is a classic take on a European 'hole in the wall' wine bar. Located above nine, this small intimate space serves a new world tapas menu and a great selection of wine by the glass. 
Café: The Courtyard has been created underneath the large pine trees to the rear of 9 Le Lai Street - forming a row of large umbrellas with views of the surrounding countryside. The Courtyard is also the place for cooking demonstrations, with 9 Le Lai Street's kitchen opening through an ingenious awning and allowing full view of our culinary brigade at work. 
Six Senses Spa: A luxuriously appointed facility, set within and at 14 Le Lai Street, Six Senses Spa consists of five treatment rooms and has extraordinary views across Dalat country life; is a truly unique holistic experience.
